- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 4 cups mixed greens
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced peaches, and crumbled goat cheese.
2. Tear prosciutto into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
