- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cup Melted Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and melted butter.
Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour last, mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
