Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed bananas about 2-3 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Whole wheat flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, egg, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the whole wheat flour to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
