Peanut Butter Banana Oat Bars

- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
