- 1 cup peanut butter
- 0.5 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
Mix in oats until just combined.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are golden.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
