Pear Blue Cheese Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 4 pears, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
