Pecan Pie Bars
Delicious pecan pie bars perfect for any occasion.

Crust
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Filling
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the prepared pan.
Bake crust for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
In another bowl, whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour over the baked crust.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
