- 1 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Butter melted
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 cups Pecans halved
- 1 Pie Crust unbaked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the pecan halves.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
