Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 8 oz Pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams to seal.
  6. Place the log seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
