Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams to seal.
Place the log seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
