Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Livers
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Peri Peri Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the chicken livers to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Stir in the peri peri sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the livers are cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
