Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • ½ cup Pesto store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic halved

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Rub each toasted slice with the cut side of the garlic clove.
  5. Spread a generous amount of pesto on each slice.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pesto.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
