  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup pesto
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pesto, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the pesto mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
