Phyllo Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ cup Water room temperature
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
