- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Thread chicken and pineapple chunks onto skewers, alternating between them.
4. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
5. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
