- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, and soy sauce.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
