Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped seeds removed for less heat
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well.
Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve and enjoy!
