Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Stir well to combine.
Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
