Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pinto Beans cooked
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add diced tomatoes, pinto beans, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
