  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • ½ cup Pistachios shelled
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
