Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough comes together.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough, divide it into 4 portions, and roll out each portion to your desired thickness for pizza or calzone.
6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
