- 8 oz Pasta any type
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Pepperoni sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni slices to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta and sauce mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
