Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease your muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes. Do not open the oven door during baking.
