  • 4 pieces Pork cutlets
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
