Instructions
1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Return the pork to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir to combine.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
