Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops boneless
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Cook pork chops until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. 5. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve pork chops with sauce spooned over the top.
