Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, ground pork, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
