  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
