- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Place the pork in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
