  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the eggs over the potatoes in the skillet. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
