  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 small Onion grated
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated mixture.
  3. 3. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them into pancakes.
  6. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
