Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 small Onion grated
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a mixing bowl.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated mixture.
3. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them into pancakes.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
