Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Unsalted butter chilled and diced
1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Add water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Roll out dough and add butter in the center.
4. Fold dough over butter and roll out again.
5. Repeat folding and rolling process 4-5 times.
6. Chill dough for 30 minutes before using.
7. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
8. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes.
9. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
