Pulled Pork Sandwich Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
3. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and chicken broth.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Serve the shredded pork on burger buns with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
