Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 6 pieces Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the sliced onion on top of the pork.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork and onions.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. Serve the shredded pork on burger buns with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
