Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the pork.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
Shred the pork using two forks.
Serve on slider buns with coleslaw if desired.
