Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
