Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before serving.
