Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
