  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, honey, almond butter, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
