- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top, if using.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
