Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried sage, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
