Pumpkin Stuffed Shells Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried sage
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried sage, salt, and black pepper.
Fill each pasta shell with the pumpkin mixture.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
