Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8 Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Salsa
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Form ground beef into 4 patties and cook in the skillet until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
3. Remove patties and set aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and place a cooked patty on top. Add more cheese and another tortilla on top.
5. Cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Repeat with remaining patties and tortillas.
7. Serve with sliced tomato, onion, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
