Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Form ground beef into 4 patties and cook in the skillet until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove patties and set aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
  4. 4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and place a cooked patty on top. Add more cheese and another tortilla on top.
  5. 5. Cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Repeat with remaining patties and tortillas.
  7. 7. Serve with sliced tomato, onion, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
