  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  4. Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
  6. Cook until heated through and smooth.
  7. Serve warm in a serving bowl.
