Quiche Lorraine Recipe

- 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spread the cooked bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
