  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk or cream
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup Vegetables optional, like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream).
  3. Add the grated cheese, vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
