- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 4 unit Eggs
- 1 cup Milk or cream
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 0.5 cup Vegetables optional, like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream).
Add the grated cheese, vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
