Main Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup fresh berries mixed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa and a pinch of salt.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, fresh berries, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
