Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup fresh berries mixed
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  4. Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, fresh berries, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
