Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix to the beef, stirring to combine.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the pot.
  4. Stir everything together and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, optionally topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
