Raspberry White Chocolate Scones Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In a small bowl, whisk together cream, egg, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick circle. Cut into 8 wedges and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
