Salad Ingredients
- 1 head red cabbage shredded
- 2 units carrots grated
- 1 unit apple sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced apple.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
