Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the cooked pinto beans and ground cumin. Stir to combine.
Using a wooden spoon, mash the beans while cooking. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Season with salt to taste. Serve warm.
