Ingredients

  • 400 g Rigatoni
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked rigatoni with the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
